By making a purchase on Trevio, you agree to our billing terms and conditions. We encourage you to read through these terms thoroughly to understand your responsibilities and how we manage payments and billing.

1. Payment Authorization

By completing an order, you authorize Trevio to charge your provided payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as other approved payment methods like PayPal.
  • Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and current billing information at the time of your purchase. Falsifying information may result in order cancellation.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers, which comply with industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Your payment details, such as credit card numbers, are never stored on our servers.

  • Currency: All prices listed on Trevio are in USD ($), unless otherwise stated. For international orders, your bank or credit card provider may charge additional fees for currency conversion.

3. Failed Transactions

If your payment method is declined or fails for any reason, your order will not be processed. We will notify you immediately, and you may attempt to correct the issue by providing an alternative payment method.

  • In the case of subscription-based services, if a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again within 24 hours. If the payment still fails, your service may be paused or terminated.

4. Taxes

All applicable local, state, and federal taxes are calculated during the checkout process and will be displayed in the final total before you complete your purchase. International customers may be responsible for additional customs fees or taxes as determined by their country of residence.

5. Billing Discrepancies

If you notice any discrepancies or unauthorized charges on your account, please contact us immediately at contact@trevio.shop. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, refund any erroneous charges.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at contact@trevio.shop with your order details. After 24 hours, your order will be processed, and cancellations may not be possible.

  • Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your cancellation request is successful, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

7. Subscription Billing (if applicable)

For subscription services, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis as specified in the terms of the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds for partial billing periods may not be available.
