At Trevio, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. That's why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all eligible products. Please take the time to review the full details of our warranty policy below.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Our warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. During this period, we will repair or replace, at no extra charge, any part of the product that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship.

What’s Covered:
  • Appliances: Defects in electrical components, motors, or materials.
  • Furniture: Defects in structural components, such as frames and legs, or other craftsmanship issues.
  • Home Electronics: Defects in electrical parts, wiring, or any issues affecting basic functionality.
What’s Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse or improper handling of the product.
  • Accidents, natural disasters, or environmental factors (e.g., extreme temperatures or humidity).
  • Modifications or alterations to the product by unauthorized third parties.
  • Any damages occurring after the warranty period expires.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@trevio.shop or call +1(646) 823-9850. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect.
  2. Review & Approval: We will review your claim and may request additional information. If your claim is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Product Return: You will be responsible for shipping the defective product to us. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label if the defect is confirmed as a manufacturer’s fault.
  4. Repair/Replacement: Upon receiving the product, we will either repair it or provide a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a similar product or refund the original purchase price.

Additional Warranty Terms

  • Warranty claims are limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
  • Warranty claims must be filed within the 1-year coverage period.
  • Repairs or replacements provided under the warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

Third-Party Warranties

Some products sold on Trevio may be covered by third-party manufacturers’ warranties. In such cases, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a claim. Trevio can assist in directing you to the appropriate contacts.
